SEEHUB: Park, work, relax.

The multi-purpose real estate project located in the heart of the Seestadt development has 441 parking spaces available for you to use in the modern multi-storey car park. The SEEHUB has been designed in such a way to combine a variety of different uses under a single roof.

Founded in 1982 in Innsbruck, BOE has been owned by the Austrian List Group since 2007. We employ over 150 people at our offices in Innsbruck, Munich, Vienna, Zagreb, Bratislava, Budapest and Ljubljana, and manage over 27,000 parking spaces.

Persons holding a season ticket for large city car parks need not show the season ticket when entering or leaving the car park. Automatic entry and exit systems are able to detect the electronic sticker affixed to the windscreen when the vehicle pulls in, opening the barriers automatically.

Fast e-charging

Four fast charging stations have been installed at the car park for the Innsbruck tourist centre, making it possible to charge your e-car quickly and easily by means of an app or using a customer card provided by the two energy suppliers IKB and TIWAG.
